Invoices are produced monthly in advance of sessions with the due date being the last day of that month.
These are produced and sent via our Famly system so please ensure that you are logging in regularly and checking invoices/ balances under the booking tab.
Late payment charges will apply (per our payment policy) when invoices become overdue.
Please be aware that all our settings are NUT FREE ZONES for the safety of our children. Please can you ensure that the lunch box/dinner items you are sending in with your child adheres to this policy.
Should you child bring a 'nut item' into the setting we will unfortunately be unable to allow them to consume it within the setting due to other children's allergies.
All parents are provided with a log in to our Famly system (this can sometimes go to you junk email folder).
Please can all parents ensure that you are logging on regularly as we post updates of your child along with announcements that you may need to be aware of.
Accident & medicine forms are also posted onto Famly and these will require a parents acknowledgement/authorisation.
Please ensure you are providing your child with a filled named water bottle each session they attend with us. Their bottles will be refilled within the setting as required with plain water to ensure that they have a drink available to them at all times.
