CBeebies is a free site provided by the BBC that provides games and various resources for young children.

Sparklebox provides lots of different  printable resources to support children in early literacy & numeracy skills.

Early Learning HQ provides early years resources that are designed to engage, inspire & educate children. 

Crickweb is a site that promoters learning through play activities that helps children achieve Foundation stage goals.

Words for life site is created by the National Literacy Trust and provides parents, carers, & young people activities to improve language, literacy & communication skills. 

Oxford Owl site provides activities & inspiration to help children learn, grow & flourish. 

LearnEnglish Kids site provides lots of games, songs, stories & activities all aimed at supporting children and parents with learning the English language.

This NHS site provides lots of information in connection with healthy eating for families.  It provides ideas for healthier lunches and meals along with exercise activities for the family. You can sign up for healthy ideas emails.

Barnardo’s and Southern Health (Hampshire Healthy Families) are working in partnership to offer you and your family the support you need right from the start of your journey as a parent.

Hampshire Healthy Families has created a number of workshops, courses and groups to support you with your new baby through to starting school. These are fun packed and we will be providing you information that we think you will find useful.
