Our settings operate on a free flow basis providing the children with access to all areas. Activities are provided throughout the day which gives the children the opportunity to make their own choices which encourages their independence. 

For our pre-school age children we introduce more structure throughout the day including register times to help prepare them for school life.  Intensive programs such as bucket time, tommy tongue, brain gym and many more are introduced to further support their upcoming transition.

Squirrels promotes a healthy lifestyle, encouraging healthy eating, good hygiene, outside physical play and oral health. Daily routines include teeth brushing after lunch times and regular hand washing. 

We firmly believe that outdoor play is extremely important to a child's development so we offer opportunities to be in the garden throughout the day in all weather conditions.
